Project brief

The client uses several flight operations systems. The systems were integrable, but the airline hadn't established any integrations between them. We helped the client understand the benefits of integration and how it could improve the productivity of operations.

Action plan

  1. Create a technical integration chart by our technology team and present it to the client. We adopted all changes the client requested without affecting the final result.
  2. Integration coding began, and the necessary programs were linked together. Integration testing went as expected.
  3. We shared the technical documentation with the client.

Outcome

We changed the work process to a better state — where the team could focus on operations instead of feeding the systems with many types of information manually.

By the end of the integration, the client was able to customize management reports where the data is more reliable. For the first time, management could make decisions backed by a fully integrated data picture.
